The pay is low, the benefits are tough, and the culture is very temporary leading to many dead weight employees.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

An actual company meeting wouldn't be a bad idea. Also paying more might get individuals who actually care about their job.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better buy in for employees, the ability to get promoted in remote stores, better pay options, the ability to move to full time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company has done a great job being customer centric, but i believe if they put more effort into their employees they would see a better customer service. Too many people don't care and are just trying to collect their menial paycheck.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company repeatedly failed to give raises citing low revenue but the business repeatedly pulls in a profit of nearly 50% while most in the industry tend towards 27%. This increase is not used to pay a reasonable wage, or bring in better benefits.
