
very casual - more like talking than interviewing. helps not to be so nervous.
Communicating. They are not consistent but it seems like that is because they dont know what each other is doing because they dont communicate.
co-workers are only there for themselves. They will not just jump in and help you do something unless you ask and sometimes they ignore you calling for help because they want to finish what they are working on.
Cashiers and logistics make the same amount of money per hour. But cashiers have the chance to earn extra money by selling warranties and memberships. since logistics do not have the same chance to earn more they should just make more money.
1) more hours in the budget to complete the work load. 2) fewer keyholders so more of those hours can go to associates (plus fewer people to be inconsistent) 3) pay more comparable to what other retailers are paying - better retention in associates 4) pay more for logistics
higher pay would mean lower turn over; more seasoned employees means the work load is easier to manage, they can learn to work better as a team, and more time to develop people to move up. better pay. more hours. more realistic expectations for time to complete pog, pricing, cycle counts, etc.
