Good. Work life balance is awful if you're in logistics but I feel like there is a chance to see improvement. Management is great and they really do recognize talent and encourage growth

Great feedback from store manager and regional manager

It gave me a chance to discuss my future within the company with the store manager and some people in corporate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in logistics and my team works as a TEAM! We help each other out and know what needs to be done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The scheduling system leaves much to be desired and our sales manager does not help matters. They need to invest in a new format
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at my store is decent. We have our issues but overall we manage. On a corporate level I feel less confident; they seems more interested in our profit than how to improve store operations which could ultimately save them money in payroll and give employees meaningful jobs.
