To fast paced and expectations are unrealistic for short handed shifts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team gives 100% all the time. There are a few slackers though.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More pay, more employees on shift, cut the employees who dont pull theor weight, more hours to earn a decent paycheck.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is low for the job that is being asked to be completed. Only hire people for part time so they dont have to pay a decent wage, or offer benefits.
