What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make money to take care of my family. Except at this point Harbor Freight is not allowing me to do that effectively
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more fair at distributing hours to part timers. Cut my hours but there is no feed back as to why. Management needs to be better at developing new employees to become stronger. Not everyone is going to know the job in 6 months
