What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewing manager was very straight forward and calming. He made me feel like I would be valued as a person instead of just cheap labor.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm only a part time associate even though I'm more reliable than some of the supervisors and senior associates, and being made full time would very much help.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not making associates feel dehumanized or incompetent when they can do their job. By listening and not falling for a bunch of lies and fake people trying to get others fired.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The supervisor and one part time associate think they are managers and that they run the store. They walk all over every other employee and make them feel like they are not valued and that they are not doing their job very well.
