Better 401k matching. I have friends and peers who work at other similarly-sized tech companies that offer things like profit sharing, employee stock purchase plans, and other avenues to increase their total compensation. It would be nice to have the same or similar opportunities.

I was happy with my initial compensation, but it is so difficult to get a significant pay increase, even if you get a title promotion. Executives joke that HealthStream will be your best first and third job. Our CEO has mentioned wanting to address this issue before - I hope he does!
