By and large, everyone is invested in pulling the cart in the same direction.

Getting to talk to multiple people on the team is better than just talking to one manager

I feel that in most situations, our leadership chooses to do the right thing over the easy thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most employees believe in and apply the company's vision and principles--and the ones who don't tend to leave quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better 401k matching. I have friends and peers who work at other similarly-sized tech companies that offer things like profit sharing, employee stock purchase plans, and other avenues to increase their total compensation. It would be nice to have the same or similar opportunities.
