The leadership team always has their employees in mind when making decisions about the company and it's culture.

The leadership team promotes a learning culture through monthly lunch-and-learn events. Employees and external people alike give mini-lectures on various topics. For me, this has helped me to continually grow in my work practices.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance. Once you meet the deductible the plan pays at 100%.

I'm paid well already but the fact that Bobby have surprised us with Stock as well as a quarterly bonus just add the whip cream/cherry on top!!!!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works well together and we bounce ideas off one another. We have a few that are always eager to learn new things and have fresh ideas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company offers lots of events to meet everybody's desires. The company has Employee Driven teams that work every hard to keep employees involved. Our CEO encourage us to help others in our communities. To give back!!
