What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is one of hard work and collaboration. It is very easy to be productive because one always feels as if all of their coworkers are also producing great work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close knit, which leads to us being extremely collaborative workers. I honestly look forward to coming to work because I get to work with caring and helpful individuals all day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team promotes a learning culture through monthly lunch-and-learn events. Employees and external people alike give mini-lectures on various topics. For me, this has helped me to continually grow in my work practices.
What makes you most happy at work?
All of my projects are assigned with ample context; it is very easy for me to visualize the contribution my work makes to the success of the company, and the to the success of our vision.
