What is the best part about your compensation package?
My insurance is great, the deductible is a bit high but my contribution to my HSA balances that.

On balance with the culture of the company it is fair. Not the most, but competitive taken as a whole.

Every member of the leadership team is approachable. They are always looking for ways to improve and many times engage staff to make those changes.
