I've been very happy at HealthStream. I started do to an acquisition of my previous company. The acquisition was smooth and I've really enjoyed the HealthSteam culture.

I am fortunate to have a high producing team that works well independently but also together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My insurance is great, the deductible is a bit high but my contribution to my HSA balances that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable and always welcoming for feedback. I appreciate their transparency and regular updates for company and community initiatives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every member of the leadership team is approachable. They are always looking for ways to improve and many times engage staff to make those changes.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with make my daily job enjoyable. I'm fortunate to be in a position I love so that adds to my daily happiness.
