There is a lot of trust, respect, and transparency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the heartbeat, the innovation and the can do attitude that we will have an impact on people's lives through better patient care. Truly refreshing to put both feet on the floor each AM to help impact a great company's success.
What makes you most happy at work?
The vision and the mission to execute on the mission. I learn from my peers every day and the entrepreneurial culture is extremely exciting. I work with such smart people who have my back and the team culture is in many areas of the company is unmatched.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. The company is growing at a fast pace and the benefits will come but I appreciate that our CEO wants employees to connect with our vision and not just be here to get rich. I am confident the benefits will come as we continue to evolve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has changed over the past 7 mos & what a great new team. HSTM is transitioning and it's been long overdue to bring in new leadership and ideas to take HSTM to the next level. This may ruffle the feathers of those who are complacent but those who want healthcare to get better are thrilled!
