What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they don't feel like leadership. As in, they don't treat you or act any different than anyone else on the team wanting to do great work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitive and leave early days (before holidays)

Conservative fiscal responsibility has shown its power during COVID. Bobby and company have demonstrated the long view... He took the advice of his grandmother and ran with it. We are strong because of it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better 401k matching. I have friends and peers who work at other similarly-sized tech companies that offer things like profit sharing, employee stock purchase plans, and other avenues to increase their total compensation. It would be nice to have the same or similar opportunities.

What are some of the best things about your team?
In my team, there are none of those awkward power struggles or subtle competitions that I've experienced in every other job. We genuinely enjoy each other and collaborate so well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is all about constant and open communication. I've never felt in the dark or excluded in important company meetings. All are welcome!

Welcoming to new folks. Open to new ideas. Interested in what people do outside of work. Encourages community involvement. Pays for things like Yoga instruction. Clean and upbeat environment. Thoughtful in the approaches my leadership team takes in clinical.

I've worked in many environments where employees were actively working at cross-purposes, or where management yelled at employees. That type of behavior is unheard of here. We might disagree on how to get there, but everyone wants what's best for the company and our customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication was surprising! They were super responsive and let me know if they were going to be past their previous deadline on their decision. I never felt like I was waiting endlessly for a final decision.
