My overall experience has been positive. There have been some tough times, but they did not go unnoticed as mentioned while they were happening. I think this happens anywhere and how it is handled is what matters the most.

Brainstorming ideas in team settings, my co-workers, & working on creative projects.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative in team settings, everyone is always willing to help or give guidance if you need it. Most of the time everyone is very encouraging instead of shooting down an idea or making you feel like a question is stupid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Career and personal growth encouragement. Learning from our colleagues, from each other, whether it is directly working together or shadowing someone when you there is time to do so. Also, they always want to hear everyones ideas, they promote innovation on all accounts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They promote career & personal growth. Create comfortable work environments at the office. They also offer personal growth activities in group settings, CPR certs, and assist w/career certs as well. They allow you to express your ideas & take them in account so everyone has a voice in the company.
