It started great. Great pay and benefits. But then benefits and pay started suffering after two years. The company is trying to improve benefits again. It has done so a little bit, but it still has a long way to go to bet back to a 10/10 like it was two years ago.
What makes you most happy at work?
The campaign I work for is great and the team is like family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very specific about what was needed to make sure only the most qualified are accepted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliness and support within my team. The company overall, well I'm not sure since there is barely any contact from admins
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is great and one of the best supervisors I've had in any job. He actively assists us and is always there for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family and have great communication to make sure our job performs great. We are quick to take feedback and implement changes to improve our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount we have been paid basically was reduced with the changes in the bonus payment. We do have additional jobs, but the Helpware did reduce benefits and change the pay. It needs to be fixed.
