My team lead is an excellent person, he has always helped when needed and is always offering his hand in case something shows up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary could be competitive if they could consider a raise for those of us who work with excellence compared to other teammates who work poorly and earn the same salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They let you work alone when you are up to standards and they are not constantly bugging when you do your work correctly, they are supportive and never offer a negative interaction.
