What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team at Helpware is a group of professionals who listens to you, hears you, supports you, if needed. It's a team of people who you like, and not whom you are afraid of. Love them all!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in a legal team, which is absolutely amazing. We are an international department with coworkers from the USA, Ukraine, Georgia and Mexico. We share experience and help each other, if needed. We have open communication. We value each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most amazing thing for me is the remote work, all the Helpware employees are a real team! We are super friendly, we move towards common goal and we do it! I guess a bunch of HR activities, frequent general and local meetings help with this! Our culture makes Helpware special!
