Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the rather increased volume of work, it is impossible to take a break from the laptop, which significantly worsens the state of health in general. It would be better for openly discussing compensation structures, career paths, and opportunities for growth; better communication about overtimes
