What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem constantly in discussion with the teams on ideas, plans, etc. They hear out concerns and always sync with the rest of the team for solutions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The support and respect I receive from others in the company, the quality of services we provide our clients, and the flexibility and respect to my personal life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness to help or collaborate with anyone else in the company. Many are willing to help where they can and very respectful to others, there is also a big support for home-life balance and worker's wellbeing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet others in higher positions outside of the direct supervisor, felt heard and had ample opportunity to share how I felt, answer questions, and why I felt a good fit for the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together often to collaborate on situations or plans for what we feel we need to do. It's easy to reach out to anyone on the team for help in a certain area or even to answer any questions. Your teammates want others to do as well as them, and almost no competition.
