They are engaging and fun. I like the sense of humor and down-to-earthness of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A bonus would be good. Incentives for staff within projects like gift cards would be great as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all approachable and easy to talk to. I never feel like I can't or shouldn't reach out with questions or issues.
