I love the flexibility, love the home office, love my team and my manager!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got a quarterly bonus which shows how productive I was during the quarter. This is very fair for every worker
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team because they care about me. They care about their teams whenever they are on training sessions. I love that they are humans
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most is that they listen to your needs. They empathize with you if you have a hard situation. Everybody is very human with the things that can happen
