Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The preassure on us with the metrics and it could be better if we get some benefits back that they took of us last year without letting us know, the way that they handle it was not the best one, it feels demoralizing
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me was very nice and whenever i get nervouse she helped me to finish the sentences, she was talking to me in a way to make me feel comfortable, also the installations and the bonuses that applied at that time
