They are the best people. They bring the best in you, always make sure that you feel belong and well taken care of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive thing here is that they don't pressure the the agents to do good, but instead they will try to help you out for you to do your best and make sure that you understood everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team was the best, specially our team leader who never fail to support us if we have questions and our client manager that always make sure to meet us every week to update us from what is happening in our account. The leadership team of Helpware as a whole is very commendable.
What makes you most happy at work?
The time when I meet my friends at work and catch up from what is happening in their lives. We work on a hybrid set up so every Wednesday we always meet as a whole team. We make sure as well that we celebrate every small and big things that our team achieved.
