the estimating work is very exciting as I am learning each day, co workers are also on thing that makes work more fun including client.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I already have experience on the job and the industry, I think I am very undervalued based on that. compensation wise, I have asked for it but not included, basic salary is still at average,
