I have gotten a lot of responsibility in my role, which is something I definitely appreciate. The communication is good with most people, and the day to day is usually a challenge which I also enjoy.

Communication, and result-based conversation which leads to high efficiency.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to clients, getting high satisfaction ratings from them about the services we provide.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My supervisor interviewed me and it felt as if it was a normal conversation and it was very cool.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to talk with, there is usually not an authoritative hierarchy in which we cannot talk to people above our direct supervisors, communication is very fluent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it is really good, although maybe we need some more involvement from all the countries since it sometimes feel as each location works by themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think on a country level, we still have to improve the benefits for our people since it's not comparable to what the local market offers for similar jobs elsewhere.
