the benefits since helpware is no loger an active competitor in the market for salaries and benefits

we always try our best to get things done most of us with the exception of some operation managers

what I like is in specific my training team since I see the rest of the departments very individual people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel under valued just that helpware is no longer competitive in the market since they are passing a transition
