Based on my experience I can say that you can approach them easily without any hesitation. They are planning things for the employee to have the best compensation and make it more comfortable specially for those peeps working onsite.

What makes me happy at work is seeing my teammates and providing an excellent service to our client. We love sharing randoms things to each other and laugh for no reason. We always make sure to have each other's back and help with the process.

My team is really awesome and rockstar. We make sure to have a qaulity time where we can just laugh and giggle after the shift. We make sure that we are exchanging thoughts and ideas specially in process to have the accurate yet smooth workflow. Dealing things equally and professionally.

Culture shock is real! This company helps you to be at your own pace but still in a professional way. Helps you to be a better you and improved your skills and capability. They acknowledge and provide opportunity to help you grow more and dont makes you feel left out.
