The experience has been good, most of my coworkers are friendly and respectful, the company itself is not the worst but it definitely fell behind the competition in terms of employee benefits and there are many things that could be improved

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the company focuses on quantity over quality and I think I have a lot of knowledge but I am not recognized because quantity is required. I would feel better if the company found areas of opportunity for each person in different positions depending on our abilities or knowledge of the job + benefits
