Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't like to say it like this but compared to other BPO's and contact centers salaries, mine is super below them. I've been in the company for 3 years now and I don't feel like they're implementing more benefits nor fairly valuing their employees.
