I like my job and what I do, this is the best place I have ever work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is rather low in the market even for my country and I wish it was at least 30% higher than my current compensation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the people in my team especially are sharing the same values and it's very comfortable to work with them if you believe in the same and pursue the success of the company together
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I wish US office could see more potential in other locations and could create better compesation packages of other countries outside US. Sometime it feels like if you not form US, your work is less quality and that's why paid less
