We are a family, we care about each other. We lift each other up when we're down and cheer for each other's wins.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are cared about as an individual, along with having workshops for things like nutrition and mental health, you can approach anyone in leadership and express concerns, ask for help, or just talk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No one is unapproachable. If I felt that I needed to speak directly to the CEO all I need to do is send him an email or message him on Slack and I would get a warm response.
