What makes me happy is when I engage in tasks and tackle interesting challenges. This gives me a sense of purpose or impact

The best thing about my team is the collaboration, diverse perspectives ,shared goals and mutual support and the sense of camaraderie, this has fostered personal and professional growth through exchange of ideas and experiences.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate it if regular reviews and adjustments are made to reflect markets standards and the standard of living, and to ensure that salary is earned is reasonably proportionate to the local cost of living.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would love to see the salary given increased so that it can reflect the market standards within the company at the other branches and also that it is reasonably proportionate to the local cost of living
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It demonstrates effective communication, transparency, and a clear vision for the organization. The leaders are approachable, they listen to and support team members, they also foster positive work culture. The leaders lead by example and exhibit equalities like integrity and empathy
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how well Helpware communicated, it was timely communication all throughout the interview. They provided adequate information about the interview schedule, promptly responded to emails, and also gave updates on the status of the application. It helped me feel valued and informed.
