What makes you most happy at work?
When I achieve my goals, KPIs are as high as I wanted, the clients are really grateful for the help they received.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is transparent and fair. I always can check why this month I receive this amount. We receive it on time (also once there was a delay, but we were informed and well explained about the reason).
What are some of the best things about your team?
These people motivate me to do my best at work. Because if they are so smart and problem-solving, how could I be different? They give me a good example, and I hope, I give them a good example too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was the best interview process in my life (I'm serious). The tasts were well-structured and online, all well explained. The recruiter clarified my doubts. There were no "We will call you" and dissapeared. They informed me at each stage of interview process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is so deeply positive, that even if there are some bad moments (let's be honest, with all of us sometimes this happens), the bad vibes don't appear. All are interested in solving problems and helping, and there is no fear to ask for help or to be missunderstood
