To do better on inside building infrastructure to create and more relaxing and stress working environment. Creating lounges where agents can relax and rest and chill.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay I am receiving is way better compared to my previous organization based on the same location. They gave premium on my experience which boosted my confidence as an employee.

The speedy process and representative is banking on the quality of my experience as a candidate and that boosted my confidence. The recruiter is very responsive on any of inquiries and the hiring manager is very proud of the company's rich culture and history.
