What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Helpware is a people-first company and it shows--- one minor example: Birthday and Anniversary well-wishes over slack

What makes you most happy at work?

The interactions I get to have with the great team here- nothing puts a smile on your face faster than excellent coworkers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Consistent dedication towards building a culture of engaged and connected employees over vast distances- which is difficult to do in a remote environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The recruitment process was great- I got to speak with a recruiter and an ops manager and both were receptive to answering questions!

What are some of the best things about your team?

Helpware is dedicated towards creating an environment where associates feel connected despite not being physically present- this is demonstrated by folks posting photos of their children, costumes, etc --- encouraging connections. No stuffed shirts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation does not exceed industry standards- total compensation package is fair but not generous- though the company has taken strides recently to incorporate a 401k with company match- this may improve as the company continues to experience growth!
