I really liked how fast the whole interview process was. I appreciated quick feedback after each interview stage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very proactive and cheerful. They try to form an atmosphere of family within the company which makes it so special.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really appreciate my line manager for his support, recommendations and help. My team is also great because everyone can help each other with completion of this or that task.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I absolutely share all the core values of the company and appreciate working in a company with such amazing working culture. The company is also multicultural which makes it much better in terms of experience to work with people from other countries and continents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I'm paid fairly but being in the company for more than a year I believe I deserve a slight increase of compensation. And it would be more fair to reorganize bonus system as employees on different positions have different possibilities to get bonus payment.
