That me and my coworkers talk daily and work together even though its virtually
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Birthday bonus was removed from us, no raises in 3 years, and benefits removed from our insurance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They normally schedule meetings with you when ever you feel something is not right or you would like to bring something up, they apologize and listen
