My colleagues which we treat each other us family and treatment of the management towards the employees.

It's like were friends doing sharing thoughts to a specific topic and it makes me comfortable and confident providing the details.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
On our case since were one of the pioneering LOB in our company, it's a bit challenging because we don't have an indirect support. However, I'm so thankful that the our supervisor, manager and the whole supports us and never leave us behind.
