Very dismissive when it comes to distributing assets among its employees, this year they performed some tax tricks that left the newer employees without profit sharing, and this will be the case for two consecutive years.

I don't dream of labour
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were really acknowledging of my portfolio and said they would find me the best campaign which they did
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they really aren't on my back when it comes to my performance and that's why I feel a raise would be fair
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't seem very diligent about pulling some of the other company members to promote them to leadership even when campaign standards are really high sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the company could explore the possibilities of innovating the way they show appreciation for their employees, i don't feel very confident working for a company that reduces employee bennefits saying 'Due to the global economic situation' purposes we deserve more!
