What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet several different people that were leaders in the company and getting their individual feedback immediately.

I feel like the process gives the interviewers an accurate read on candidates. We've had very little turnover and I think that's largely due to the interview team's ability to get a good read on talent.
