Transparency amongst employees. And the core direction of the company so that we aren't getting new directives every 6 months.

Refocus on growing individuals, HubSpot exec preaches this but I've never seen what this look like at a team or IC level. Providing support HubSpotters to connect in person. I am baffled as to why they discourage use of a different office when utilising the mobility policy.

Benefits are great and they really strive to make it easy to understand. The company as a whole is empathetic and does not expect you to work if you are sick. Health, wellness and career coaching are great. Flexible hours, remote inclusive, so many community groups.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am being compensated fairly though it is dependent on which department and it is more challenging to get a progression in a role. Part of this could also be macro-economic headwinds affecting finance

Pay all departments competitively. Consider paying for additional skills acquired through formal accredited higher education. Why offer tuition reimbursement if you flat out say you don't want to compensate employees for the additional knowledge they gain?

More a culture fit issue for me. My coworkers are much younger and come from different places professionally and culturally. Total transparency: They skew towards rich kids I can't totally relate to.

I would be nice to see shared benefits across all offices. For the. Berlin office, it feel like they actively discourage folks from coming to the office, in contrast to Dublin for example
