    Hiring transparency. In Humana hiring is done internally and biased. This is causing diversity issue. Stop hiring spouses without evaluating talent.

    Departments working more closely together to improve customer experience. Customer service and sales are not on the same page. Sometimes members get transferred to all different departments and it is frustrating to everyone, including employees.
