What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lot's of "feel good' initiatives. Go 365, volunteering etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We share knowledge but sadly many feel very isolated. Good managers can help with this by being more involved.

What makes you most happy at work?

When my manager has a conversation with me and is really engaged and focus is on how we can work together to build good business. WAH you are on your own and you need to inspire yourself which is difficult at times.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Humana recruiters should be more responsive after and interview and what is happening in the process. I am in a role that I believe is good for me now but based on what I know now the company is not taking advantage of all my capabilities.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding employees and how they put undue pressure on them and not enough conversations on how work actually gets done. They say to speak up but they don't really mean it. My concerns and comments don't ever go past my manager and he is too busy to care.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When I started with the company I specifically asked about compensation and the opportunity to earn. I explained where I needed to be and I was assured this is realistic. 2 years later I am making half of what was expected. Extremely disappointed. Be transparent about what others in the role are
