I am allowed and even encouraged to find new ways to solve old problems
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to new and innovative ideas. Other leaders in my past have had a "this is the way we've always done it attitude" which is demeaning and uninspiring to forward thinking employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I may have been a unique case due to the urgency to fill the role but I didn't have to interview with 500 people to be selected. The interviews I did participate in were challenging but also very conversational - no cliche interview questions
