Upper management is so bad they nearly cost the collapse of one office. We have a shortage of nurses and instead of getting help they just tried to work the nurses even harder. Most of them quit.

The direct leadership in the office is are fantastic, as far as I can tell everyone else is so focused on making profit, they don't understand that if they work their people nearly to death they won't be making any money at all.
