I loved the manager that I interveiwed with.

That they care about my wellbeing as a individual. This is rare to find in nursing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Humana's average employee salary is 134k/year but caremanagers are not paid close to this amount and its hard with inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a strong skill set and are able to collaborate amongst our team to deliver the best care to our members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home. My faborite thing about working from home as a nurse is not having to park off campus and ride a bus into the hospital.
