2 years and so far a good experience. There are areas for improvement with IT. Overall, seem to care about employees with some individuals in management too focused on short term metrics. True for any great company thought. Very few who would fit the Dark Triad personality traits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dental is my only complaint. $2,000 max benefit. I'd pay more in premium if offered to get higher benefit. I'll bet Directors and above don't have $2,000 max. Employees know these things.
