I am not currently on a team in which I fit. My skill set and experience is greatly different than that of my constituents
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was fortunate to have had a past leader who understood my value and compensated me with stock options when salary increase was limited by organizational restrictions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am in the wrong role and wrong department for my desired career. I know this and am seeking a role elsewhere that is better suited for my experience and passion.
