What are some of the best things about your team?

We are close, it's us against management. We are professionals and know how to do our job but there's always one on the team the coach will ride that week.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was hired when it was Green Ribbon Health, I walked in with resume and interviewed, called with salary offer the next day. It has changed quite a bit I hear

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop the micromanaging, threats, creating hostile workplace. Low level managers (coaches) and their leads are allowed too many personal rules which don't apply to all associates on their team. Some are allowed to run errands on company time while others are questioned why how they spend every minute

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Already explained this. I used to look forward to working and loved my job and my members. I had the time to actually teach disease prevention on the members level, not rushed before. I built strong trusting relationships with my members and really made a difference before the ceo changed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Drop the scripting, it's fake and the members know it. It's offensive to us all. Let the nurse BE a nurse and not a programmed robot reading the LONG disclaimer, trust us they KNOW all calls are recorded, we call them every 2-4 weeks and saying RN when calling or leaving a message is NOT HIPPA
